Отличались системами подачи, заряжания, устройством броневой палубы (от плоской до карапасной со скосами), ТА на палубе - в корме, и в носу подводные. Ограничена скорость и дальность. Акцент на СК. "Подобие" эбр "Имп. Николай 1". В перегруз ещё 200-500т. Применять только с транспортами снабжения, тр в мирное время - пароходы в 4000т и 12-14 уз, - для дальних переходов. А на 300-500 миль и 12 6" поместятся. И если немного увеличить, то и 2х2 12" с 8х1 6" получится, типа "улучшенный" броненосец "Двенадцать Апостолов". Против современных проекту шведских, датских, немецких ББО и даже малых английских "обороны портов" смотрится вполне прилично.
