Малые корабли альтерн. ВМФ СССР (продолжение)

von Echenbach: Появилась идея поиграть с малыми кораблями, как в СССР, так и др. стран. К малым кораблям можно отнести, вероятно, от КЛ и ниже: КЛ, Дес. корабли, ТЩ, малые (?) МЗ, БРКА, СКА, ТКА, КТЩ и м.б. малые - до 150-200 т, ПЛ. В проектах и ТТЗ можно применять послезнание, но в комплектации - опираться на реально имевшиеся технологические возможности.

Возможные особенности при внедрении в технологию строительства: Композитные корпуса: стальной силовой набор, фанерная обшивка по технологии Люрсен-Гринпорт-ЭЛКО с заменой-усилением носовой и кормовой частей дюралем в целях облегчения конструкции. Проблема в соединении дюраль-фанера. Кто что присоветует-порекомендует-покритикует?

von Echenbach: Возможный аи выбор калибра СкЗА: 76 -76/45-76/45 (легче)-76/55-60 (очередное рекордное орудие с малыми перспективами). 76/45 из основы 75/50 Кане + что-то из Рейнметавлла. "+": Более легкая конструкция, большая возможная скорострельность и более легкая, в перспективе, спаренная сбалансированная /поначалу м.б. только в одной плоскости/ установка. Малые и средние дистанции - до 4500-7000 м в ПВО и противокатерном (хуже - в противоминоносном) варианте по безбронным конструкциям за счёт высокой скорострельности. "-": легкий снаряд и малая дальность действия по воззрениям 20-30-х гг. 85 - промежуточный "вообще". 100 (102)/45-55: универсал для больших кораблей, более тяжелый и "точный" снаряд для малых и средних. "-": тяжелая (?) универсальная установка. Минизини - медленная. Кстати, тема для обсуждения: англ. универсальная 102-мм, в т.ч. спаренная - успех конструкторов в системе "эксцентриков цапф" /м.б. кто просветит в чём особенность?) и её сравнение с немецкой 105-мм установкой. аи-возможная линейка: 15-30-60-90 (100)-120. При L/калибры длины/ для флота 45-55.

Эволюционный путь привел к (возможному!) появлению образца ДАРТ-240 и -480. 240: 6 пусковых в установке. Масса фиксированной установки (изменение углов наведения в пределах 5 градусов) - 400-500 кг, длина снаряда - 2 м, вес - 160 (90 кг - корпус) кг, вес БЧ - 40 кг, скорость - 400 м/с. Дальность максимальная - до 9 км, реальная боевая - 5-7 км (до 30 каб), рекомендованная - до 1,8 км (10 каб). 480: 4 пусковых в установке. Масса фиксированной установки (изменение углов наведения в пределах 5 градусов) - 600-900 кг, длина снаряда - 2,4 м, вес - 220 кг (120 кг корпус), вес БЧ - 75 кг, скорость - 400 м/с. Дальность максимальная - до 12 км, реальная боевая - 7 км (до 30 каб), рекомендованная - до 2,7 км (15 каб). Среднее время полёта снаряда до цели 2-6 секунд. Старт: при горизонтальном уровне, высота полета 2-11 м, возможно вращение для повышения устойчивости на курсе. Гребни волн может проходить практически без деформаций и отклонений. Является базой для УРО. Цели: Транспорта, малые каботажные, десантные корабли и катера охранения, ТШ, МН и ЭМ, эскортные корабли.

von Echenbach: В случае аи- принятии этапов построения промышленности/экономики (и ВС) с принципами "бережного сохранения и эволюционного развития" (см. Темы "модернизация", "большие корабли" и пр. проекты) решается вопрос о применении имеющихся 12 башен для 8"/50 орудий: 6 идут на 2 достраиваемые ТКР БО из "Светлан" (Грейг, Спиридов), а 6 - на 3 тяжелых броненосных КЛ БО, постройка которых преследует цель усилить возможности береговой обороны, но - и более важное: позволяет восстановить технологический процесс производства материалов, деталей, отладить взаимодействие смежных предприятий , работу конструкторов, инженеров и полноценно производить обучение рабочих. Калоризаторы - более простые в технологии, паровые ещё проще - говорят знающие люди :-). Прорисовывается аи-тенденция по моторам и материалам: относительно быстрое развитие индустрии, в т.ч. материаловедения, технологии производства металлов и моторостроения, ускоренное развитие нефтехимии. Поэтому можно производить замену двигателей, включив в проектирование стандартные узлы, меняя только собственно ДУ, и шестерни передач в редукторах с винтами. По 500-1000 моторов в год, с созданием моторо-ремонтных цехов и накоплением-восстановлением комплектов запасных частей не является чем-то непосильным/нереальным, к тому же под планируемые новые моторы малой или средней мощности. Начиная с тех-же калоризаторов Ланц или/и Болиндер, с последующим переходом на выпуск дизелей. Особенно при снижении влияния "добрых друзей-концессионеров" из-за океана и английского капитала. В СССР чрезмерно увлеклись тонно-показателями чугуна, угля и пр. Припозднились с развитием нефте- и электрохимии. И продажу нефти особо не афишировали, как и операции с зерном. Достаточно неблагоприятно - могу быть неправ - выглядит гонка с переделками моторов и их развитие мощности, даже с учётом необходимости получать опыт конструкторам и технологам.
