После поражения Персии в Русско-Персидской войне произошло восстание и победило течении "младо-персов", с опорой на идеологию воссоздания процветающей Персии (а как же иначе?), сходную с зороастризмом Сасанидов и восстанавливавшую прерванную арабами нить развития. Финансировали изменения Франция, затем Австро-Венгрия и Голландия с Германией. Первый этап модернизации - до 1845 года: европейские системы образования и рначало развития экономики, Второй этап - до 1903 года - формирование производственной базы и развитие рабочего класса, финансового капитала, Третий этап - до 1934 года - развитие и создание нефе-химической промышленности, металлургической, судостроительной. К спонсорам присоединились Италия и сасш. Англия - периодически инвестор-или противодействует, с упором на подкуп оппозиционеров и "самоопределение коренных народов". von Echenbach: Важным этапом развития техники в Персии было внедрение в производство двигателя типа "полудизеля-болиндера" (поздние названия) Акройд-Стюарта (Герберт Акройд-Стюарт. Калильный двигатель, 1886 якобы, патент 1891. Скорее всего англы перепатентовали Дизель измененной датой)) в 1882 году. Промышленный свободный поиск источников. Р.Дизель был приглашен в Персию после нескольких лет финансирования его разработок в Германии "персиянами". В практику двигатель внедрен в Персии в 1886 году.

von Echenbach: Имеет ли смысл для аи повторять ля отдельных стран ускоренное развитие бывшей /существовавшей в реальности технологии (по флоту и т.п.)? или можно воспользоваться "эффектом послезнания" и развивать "опережающие" технологии.? von Echenbach: Период экпериментальных исследований, как и в любом развивающемся "паропанковом" аи-государстве не миновал попыток создания оригинальных конструкций, вероятно, имевших скорее представительские (иноземцы и историки впоследствии называли эти конструкции "инженерными курьёзами") функции. Многоорудийные башни: для береговой обороны, поворот обеспечивался паром и гидравлическими устройствами (электрика - позже), Первые образцы были с 4 орудиями установленными на индивидуальных станках-лафетах, следующие варианты имели спаренные на общем основании (в одной люльке) орудия. Каждая установка могла действовать в пределах 12-15 градусов независимо - для быстрой точной наводки. Следующее поколение башен было уже 6-орудийными: на крыше монтировалась пара скорострельных среднекалиберных "пристрелочных" орудий и большой дальномер под противоосколочным прикрытием. Орудия в подобных башнях были калибром 102 - 152 - 203 - 260 - 320- мм. Для защиты портов и гаваней в узостях размещались бронированные минно-торпедные поворотные установки, сводимые в батареи калибром 350-, 400- и 550-мм. Существовали проекты постройки "пловучих фортов" для мобильного усиления береговой обороны или поддержки десантов.

von Echenbach: Идея "тримаран защищенный" (Trimaran protected - так обзовут идею англичане)... А если - в пространство между корпусом и поплавками подвешивать(поднимать на фермы-рамы креплений поплавка): 1) минные-торпедные катера. Могут выполнять обязанности и малых ТЩ, ближнего ПЛО в хорошую погоду; 2) Малые ПЛ. Более вероятно применение "нагрузки" для "тримаранов" в качестве КЛ, десантного корабля (высадка), корабля эскорта, корабля-базы.

В схемах и чертежах общего осведомления указывался низкий борт, надстройка над башнями "брауншвейгского" типа с 12 100-мм Кане и в казематах под верхней палубой ещё 12 100-мм орудий. Построенные аи корабли несколько отличались от опубликованных сведений. Кроме того, в опытном порядке была применена новая конструкция затворов 12" орудий - скорострельность довели до 4 выстрелов в минуту легкими снарядами. Тяжелые снаряды позволяли стрелять 3 р/мин.
