von Echenbach: линия - резерв (обеспечение ГС и второстепенные направления) - береговая оборона - плавбатарея (учебное судно) - отстой. Скорее так. Снижение боевой ценности при устаревании механизмов позволяет снижать ранг, невзирая на постепенный рост водоизмещения от "стандарта ранга". В низкоранговом статусе можно строить малосерийные типы кораблей. Фактически экспериментальные. При заказе кораблей 1-й линии по 2 один раз в два года (надо программу судостроения детализировать) и стратегии "достаточной экономии", - что это такое надо ещё придумать, но есть немного от Тирпица), можно сохранять серийность, совмещая в возможностью модернизации проекта. Пока теория созревает.

Пусковая: цилиндрическая трубная в комплексе-пакете из 4х4 направляющих с открывающимися шелевыми тыловыми заглушками и электропуском от эл. батареи/динамомашины. На корпус одевается "рубашка" (несущий корпус-оболочка) с косыми длинными направляющими-оперением в количестве 8 штук. Длина ракеты 1,5 м, длина БЧ - 50 см, Калибр - 4-6 дм (100-150 мм). Вес ракеты - 72 (БЧ- 32/ВВ-1,2) кг, порох бурый призматический (позднее пироколлоидный флегматизированный) - 4-8 кг, скорость полета - 300-м/с, дальность - 5-8 км (30-40 каб). Рассеивание - 9-12 тыс. дальности. В двигательной камере установлен рассекатель трубчатого -секторального типа, сопло имеет на выходе (крутящий момент (если достижимо технологически). Скорострельность однотрубной установки: 6 выстрелов в мин. вес - 32 кг. Скорострельность 16-трубной установки 2 залпа в мин, вес - 500 кг. Возможна гидростабилизация в вертикальной плоскости. Против МН, КР, ТР, десанта, позиций батарей и полевых укреплений. Можно устанавливать на малых кораблях, броневагонах, фургонах. Конструктивно может выпускаться в виде систем: легкой установки - одноствольной, средней (4-6-8 пусковых), и тяжелой (12-16-18 стволов). И естественно, на таком фоне никуда не деться от пехотного мортирного бомбомета (миномета) калибром 76 -120- 180-мм (аи калибры: 60-100-140- (200-?) и 280).

При иных людях в руководстве, как вариант - ? 1 - разоружение Ростислава, Трех Святителей, Потемкина и Кагула, перевод их в суда "Доброфлота" и вывод в Кронштадт. 2 - предложение о разграничении влияния в Иране и Средней Азии, отказ от Босфорских идей, Индии и выделение автономии "малой" Польше без доступа к морю и т.п.

АИ испанцы поставили бок о бок пару барбетов на корму и очистили палубу юта и полуюта от ненужных изделий на верхней палубе. В последующем - появилась идея поднять одну установку на уровень межпалубной высоты с продлением т.н. "полубака" с размещенной внутри всп. батареей и прикрыть нижний барбет от пороховых газов выстрела легкой площадкой. Сходную идею подал лейтенант П. Мордовин в МТК, записка "случайно" оказалась у МФ. Исходным образцом стали корабли замечательного английского кораблестроителя Э. Рида - ББО типа "Церберус" и прочие с возвышенным длинным бруствером, на котором уже были установлены башни ГК. Предложение заключалось в следующем: поставить ещё две башни, но на уровень верхней палубы, впереди и позади бруствера с образованием двух групп артиллерии ГК. Низкий надводный борт корабля береговой обороны не вызывал особых негативных эмоций, хотя истории с Кэптеном и Монитором были в памяти, а трагедии Русалки ещё не произошло. МФ повелела капитану Мордовину провести эксперименты, по результатам которых и был спроектирован новый БрБО.
